رسالة الى حكومة العراق من سفير النوايا الحسنة في العراق.

من حبنا وحرصنا على وحدة الصف الوطني العراقي نقول :
على الحكومة العراقية افساح المجال لحرية الرأي والتعبير وإطلاق ممارسة الحريات بالتظاهر وفق ما نص عليه الدستور العراقي ،وهو حق مشروع كفله الدستور وتحقيقا للعدالة الاجتماعية اطلاق ممارسة الحريات بالتظاهر وإيصال صوت الجماهير للمسئولين كون الشعب مصدر السلطات .
وان فقرة الاخلال بالأمن العام التي يلقى القبض على من نظموا او شاركوا بفعالية في التظاهر هي فقرة توازي اربعة ارهاب الذي اعترض عليها نصف الشعب العراقي ،
وهذا ما سيعّقد الامور وستكون مطالب الجماهير مستقبلا تتزايد واستغلال بعض الاحزاب المعادية للعملية السياسية لهذه الامور .
ان من اوائل مسؤوليتنا الحفاظ على الأمن العام بتطبيق القانوني وفقرات الدستور العراقي ، من اجل تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية ونسعى الى العدالة والمساواة ومراقبة تطبيق القانون العراقي على الجميع بدون استثناء.
فمن حرصنا على وطننا وحبنا لشعبنا نطالب السيد المالكي كونه رئيس حكومة العراق والقائد العام للقوات المسلحة بإطلاق ممارسة الحريات وإطلاق سراح المعتقلين ومحاسبة بعض قيادات الاجهزة الامنية التي تصرفت تصرف غير لائق مع الشباب ومعي ايضا كوني امثل منصبين دوليين مهمين لحقوق الانسان ، كنائب الامين العام لتجمع السلام العالمي وممثله في العراق والشرق الاوسط ، ومنعوني من ممارسة عملي لرصد الانتهاكات التي تحصل من قبل الاجهزة الامنية على المتظاهرين ، والانتهاكات التي تحصل من قبل المتظاهرين على الاجهزة الامنية وكوني كلفت بالتعيين حديثا سفيرا للنوايا الحسنة في العراق من قبل اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان (IPJOIH ) ولم امارس عملي الابعد المصادقة بالتنصيب من قبل وزارة الخارجية .
وأتمنى ان نكون عونا في المستقبل ووسطاء بين الحكومة والشعب بعد تشكيل فريق من الحكماء وسفراء السلام لحل جميع المشاكل القائمة بين الكتل السياسية والسياسيين والبرلمانيين وبينهم وبين عموم المجتمع العراقي من اجل ايجاد حلول واقعية لقضايا الشعب .

Message to the Government of Iraq Goodwill Ambassador in Iraq.
Of our love and our commitment to the unity of the Iraqi National say:
On the Iraqi government to make way for the freedom of opinion and expression and the launch of the exercise of freedoms to demonstrate as stipulated by the Iraqi Constitution , a right guaranteed by the Constitution and the project in order to achieve social justice firing exercise of freedom to demonstrate and deliver the voice of the masses to the officials that the people are the source of authorities.
And paragraph disturbing public security of Caught effectively organized or participated in the demonstration is equivalent to four terrorism paragraph which objected to by half of the Iraqi people,
This is what things will be held and demands of the masses will be the future and increasing the exploitation of some parties hostile to the political process for these things .
That one of the first responsibility to maintain public security application of the legal and paragraphs of the Iraqi Constitution , in order to achieve social justice and strive to justice, equality and monitor the application of Iraqi law to everyone , without exception.

I wish to be in the future and help intermediaries between the government and the people after the formation of a team of wise men and the ambassadors of peace to resolve all the problems existing between the political blocs , politicians, parliamentarians and between them and throughout Iraqi society in order to find realistic solutions to the issues of the people .
