أدان الرئيس العالمي للمنظمة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الدكتور محمد شهيد أمين خان
الأحداث الدامية من قبل الإرهاب في العراق.
وجاء ذلك خلال بيان رسمي صدر في إسلام أباد، باكستان حول الأحداث الدامية ويتنازل عن الإرهاب وسيطرته على جزء من اراضي العراق.
جاء فيها:
ان ما يجري في المحافظات العراقية في الانبار وسامراء هي أسوأ أعمال الإرهاب،
وكذلك محافظة نينوى التي استولى عليها الإرهابيون والتي تسببت في تشريد الآلاف من المدنيين.
لن نسمح بهذا الفعل الهمجي الذي يريد اعادة العصر الى ماقبل الاسلام ، وهذا الفعل لا يرضى به الإسلام أو الأديان السماوية، وليس لها أي صلة تتعلق بأخلاق أي دين،
ونحن لا يمكن ان نسمح بمثل هذه الأعمال اللاإنسانية ضد المدنيين الأبرياء.
فان المفوضية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، تقف مع حكومة وشعب العراق لمحاربة الإرهاب
من أجل استقرار البلاد وحماية سيادة العراق من أيدي الإرهابيين، والعودة الآمنة للنازحين إلى ديارهم.
اليوم العراق يواجه الغزو المنظم للمجاميع الإرهابية الكبيرة المدعومة من قبل الدول المعروفة لدينا
وسنطالب الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية بالتدخل لوقف إراقة الدماء ومطالبتنا بمعاقبة تلك الدول الداعمة للإرهاب.
وسنرسل أسماء الشخصيات التي ترعى الإرهاب لمحاسبتها امام المحاكم الدولية لجرائم ضد الإنسانية،
سواء كانت عراقية أو عربية أو أي من جنسيات أخرى.
وقد ناشد الرئيس العالمي لمنظمة حقوق الإنسان الدولية، السفير الدكتور محمد شهيد أمين خان،
جميع السياسيين ورؤساء الكتل والاحزاب الدينية والسياسية العراقية "،
بوضع جانبا الخلافات الشخشصية والتفرع للشعب العراقي وإبراز الهوية الوطنية وتوحيد مواقفهم لهزيمة الإرهاب معا. يجب أن أغتنم هذه الفرصة لهزيمة الإرهابيين من أجل إنقاذ حياة العراقيين الأبرياء وتحقيق الأمن والسلامة ليسود السلام في أرض القديسين والصالحين ".
ان الله سوف يساعدكم وينصرنا جميعا على الإرهاب وستكون هزيمة الارهاب من أرض الحضارات
على ايدي ابناء وادي الرافدين.

IHRC CHIEF STRONGLY CONDEMNED THE BLOODY EVENTS OF TERRORISM IN IRAQ.
The World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan today strongly condemned the bloody events of terrorism in Iraq.
The World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, said in his official statement issued here in Islamabad-Pakistan about the bloody events and waives of terrorism in some part of Iraq, which stated: That what is going on in the Iraqi provinces of Anbar and Samarra are the worst acts of terrorism , and Nineveh province seized by terrorists which caused the displacement of thousands of civilians.
The barbaric act of terrorism does not allowed by the Islam or monotheistic religions and has any link related to morals of any religion and we can’t allow these inhuman acts against the innocent civilians.
The International Human Rights Commission, stands with the Government and people of Iraq to fight terrorism for the stability in the country and to protect the sovereignty of Iraq from the hands of terrorists, and safe return of displaced persons to their homes.
Iraq today facing the invasion of large aggregates terrorist’s organization backed by well-known states of and we will demand from the United Nations and international organizations to intervene to stop the bloodshed and to demands to punish those countries, who are supporting terrorism.
We demands that the names of the characters that sponsor terrorism should be given to the international courts for the crime against humanity, whether they are Iraqi or Arab or any other nationalities.
The World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, appealed to all Iraqi politicians and heads of Religious and Political parties, “please put aside you differences aside for the Iraqi people and to highlight the national identity and unify their positions to defeat terrorism together. They must use this opportunity to defeat the terrorists in order to save the lives of innocent Iraqis and bring security and safety to prevail peace in the land of saints and the righteous”.
Allah will help and give us victory to defeat terrorism from the land of civilizations and the Valley of Mesopotamia.
